Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you use decopilot.ai, our free plugins, or our automation services ("DecoPilot", "we", "us"). DecoPilot is operated by Kevin Jarvis, Hinckley, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Contact: info@decopilot.ai. Where you have a signed quote or agreement with us, that document takes priority over these terms.
Our services
DecoPilot builds automations, plugins and integrations for businesses using DecoNetwork, including connections to other systems such as email, accounting software and Amazon. DecoPilot is an independent service and is not operated by DecoNetwork or Amazon.
Connecting your accounts
- You may connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage, such as your DecoNetwork site or Amazon seller account.
- You authorise us to access those accounts only to provide the service you asked for. You can disconnect at any time, for Amazon from Manage Your Apps in Seller Central.
- You remain responsible for your own listings, prices, orders, shipping and customer service, and for following the rules of each platform you sell on.
- Automations create draft or pending items where possible. Please check orders before production; we are not responsible for production errors on items you approve.
Free plugins
Free plugins are provided as they are, without charge, and may be changed or withdrawn. Install them only on stores you control.
Fees and payment
Paid work is priced in your quote, which also sets out the payment terms. DecoPilot is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Acceptable use
Do not use DecoPilot to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload artwork you do not have permission to reproduce, or misuse data obtained through a connected platform.
Data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions and keep it confidential.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work, but connected platforms change and outages happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the service
You can stop using DecoPilot at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. When a service ends, we delete data from your connected accounts in line with our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
